Celebrating Arbor Day Proclamation with Tree City USA Award

The City of Southlake is celebrating Arbor Day during the month of November!  To commemorate the occasion, a proclamation was presented to the Planning and Development Services Department by Mayor Laura Hill at the November 19, 2019 City Council meeting.

During the proclamation, the city also received recertification as a designated 2019 Tree City USA community by the Arbor Day Foundation. This award has been granted to the city for 22 consecutive years, recognizing its efforts in maintaining excellence in urban forestry management.
